University of Kent Kent Enterprise Hub Small Grants Fund Process Overview
APPLICATION	º Applications for Kent Enterprise Hub Small Grants Fund * open to: o Current University of Kent Students o University of Kent Graduates (having graduated within the last 2 years)** º Single Application Form º Supporting Business Plan º Pre-submission discussion and approval by the Kent Enterprise Hub required º Submission to Kent Enterprise Hub
AWARD	º Review and Decision by the Panel*** º Notification of awards to applicant within 15 working days of the panel meeting. º Acceptance of Award by applicant.
PROJECT	º Reports on outputs and associated financial expenditure. º Final report including confirmation of expenditure.
Post project	º Case study (if applicable). º Applicant will become an Associate of the Kent Enterprise Hub and will be required to continue a relationship with the University of Kent for a period of five years

* Application will be accepted until the fund is spent.

** Applications from Graduates will be accepted for academic years 2009/2010 and 2010/2011 only.

*** Decision by the Panel is final. No appeals panel will be held.
