Although the enterprising and networking events have come to an end for this year, we know good ideas never go on a break. This is why we will continue supporting your imagination *financially by a range of other business competitions:
How does $25,000 sound as a vacation fund? If you’re around at the beginning of June you can try your luck with another idea pitching completion that could award you with an all-expenses paid trip to the States where you compete with other finalists for the big pot of $25k. All you need to do is to gather up a team, submit your entry to Kent Round One and present it in front of a panel of judges. And who knows? You might end up on a plane to US by the end of the summer.
On the other hand, if you have a stronger entrepreneurial spirit and actually want to put your idea into practice then another enterprising competition will be available for you. The difference from the first one is that the focus will be on who viable this idea is to start it up as a business (much like the Business Idea competition). On a different note, if you want to go the extra mile and actually go forwards with a business, The Enterprise Hub is here to support you. A range of office space offers are available for new successful start-ups of Kent students and graduates.
