On June 28, 2011, VT KnowledgeWorks announced the university teams competing in the 2011 VT KnowledgeWorks Global Student Business Concept Challenge during the VT KnowledgeWorks Global Partnership Week in Blacksburg and Roanoke, Virginia, USA, August 21-27, 2011.

The University of Kent team will be competing in the 2011 VT KnowledgeWorks Global Student Business Concept Challenge for the VT KnowledgeWorks Global Challenge Trophy and the $25,000 Grand Prize during the VT KnowledgeWorks Global Partnership Week in Blacksburg and Roanoke, Virginia, USA, August 21-27, 2011.
Currently looking for a Strategic Development Officer, a Research & Development Officer, and Operations Manager, a PR Manager, a Social Media Officer, an Events Manager, a Policy and Education Officer, a Graphic Designer, and an iCUE Manager to intern at NACUE.

We now have the names of the five member University of Kent team for the VT Knowledge Global Business Concept Challenge, which tak
es place in Virginia Tech University in August this year. The team consists of thres bioscience PhD students, William Humphries, Caroline Tolley and Claudia Rathje, who have invented a new diagnostic tool for testing for specific diseases, and they will be joined by Phoebe Maund, studying Cnservation and Emma Perot, studying law.
All 5 will fly out on the 21st August to compete against teams from around the world.
